The Operating Systemfor your repair shop

We do not sell software in a box. We launch the shop, wire it together and stay on after it opens.

  • Your own AI, on your own data
  • Calls and texts on your number
  • Booked in inside a minute
  • Launch and training included

We answer the same day. The call commits you to nothing.

Your shop, todaylive
  • Website request lands as a lead in 2 seconds
  • Text the customer from the shop's number
  • Manager places a call through the website
  • AI drafts the estimate from jobs you already did
  • AI answers the customer's chat, day or night
  • Customer watches the repair status on their phone

The system

Everything your shop runs on, on one screen

Not a pile of modules. One working day, from the first call to the handoff to the month end report.

Booked in inside a minute

Customer, device and job in one form. QR label and receipt straight to the printer.

Nothing from your website is lost

Forms, calls and chat land in one list, with the photos the customer sent and the pages they read first.

Phone and texts inside the ticket

Your manager texts and calls from the shop's number anywhere in the world. The customer sees one number.

You can see the money

Estimates, invoices, payments, part cost and the profit on every single job. No spreadsheet.

Parts and buying

Stock levels, parts held for a job, reorder points and supplier purchase orders, from the same screen.

Customers keep themselves posted

QR status page, estimate approved online, a text when it is ready, a rating when it leaves.

Features

Open any of these. Nothing is hiding behind 'and more'.

Eight groups, every one of them a screen that exists today. Tap a group to read what is inside it.

48features below, and this is not the whole list

Intake and jobsA device is booked in, labelled, photographed and on the board before the customer has put their wallet away.
  • Customer, device and job in one form, with the device history already attached
  • QR label for the device and a printed receipt in the same press
  • Board, calendar and list: three views of one queue, drag a card to move a stage
  • Your own repair stages, and rules for what may move where
  • Photos at intake and at handoff, serial number and IMEI on the record
  • Search the board by ticket number, name, device or phone, and the card lights up where it stands
CustomersOne card per person, with every job, payment, text and call they have ever had with you.
  • Full history on one card: jobs, payments, messages, devices
  • Merge duplicates without losing a single line of history
  • Customer groups, and pricing that follows the group
  • QR tracking page for the customer, no password and no signup
  • Rating after handoff, and reviews collected into one place
  • Memberships and plans for the regulars who keep coming back
Requests and salesEvery way a customer reaches you lands in one list, and none of it turns into a sticky note.
  • Website forms, phone calls and chat in one inbox, split by day
  • The photos they sent and the form they used, right on the card
  • One press turns a request into a job, and never into two by accident
  • Text and call from the card, on the shop's number, from anywhere
  • A missed call becomes a request instead of vanishing
  • Campaigns and review requests to your own customer list
MoneyYou know what a job made you before it leaves the counter, not at the end of the quarter.
  • Estimates the customer approves online, on their phone
  • Invoices, payments, part payments and refunds
  • Register and shifts: cash, card, and the count at close
  • Expenses, and which location they belong to
  • Profit per job with the real part cost inside it
  • Sales tax, discounts and coupons
Parts and catalogThe part is on the shelf, held for the right job, and reordered before you run out.
  • Stock on hand, and parts held against a named job
  • Reorder points and purchase orders to your suppliers
  • Cost, markup and what is actually left on the shelf
  • Service catalog and pricing by device model
  • Trade in and resale devices tracked like any other stock
  • Stock counts and write offs
Your teamEveryone sees what their job needs and nothing that it does not.
  • Roles and permissions down to a single action, not admin or nothing
  • Time clock: in, out, hours, pay rate
  • Audit trail: who changed what, and when
  • Several locations under one panel, with a report for each
  • Private tech notes, and a shared knowledge base the shop builds itself
  • Sessions, sign in, and getting somebody back in when they are locked out
ReportsThe numbers you would build in a spreadsheet on a Sunday, already built.
  • Revenue, average ticket, and the shape of the week
  • Bench load, and how long each stage really takes
  • What sells, and what has not moved in ninety days
  • A report per location and one across all of them
  • Export to a spreadsheet when you want to count it your own way
  • Dates in your shop's time zone, not the server's
The platformIt installs on a phone, talks to your website, and your data stays yours.
  • Installs on a phone like an app, works on tablet and desktop
  • Multilingual interface, and customer messages in the customer's language
  • Notifications by email and push to the phone
  • REST API and webhooks, so your site and other tools wire themselves in
  • Recycle bin: deleted is recoverable, not a job for the backup
  • Every shop's data isolated at the database level, not at the query
AI, on your own data

An assistant that learns your shop, not the internet

The integration is built and already wired in. Each shop connects its own AI account with its own API key, so nobody shares a login and nobody sees anybody else's work. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a model you host yourself: paste the address, the model name and the key, press Test, and it is on.

It learns as you work. Every job you close, every estimate you approve and every fault you name becomes something it can draw on, so the answers get closer to how your shop actually talks. Your data trains your assistant and nobody else's.

It invents nothing. Where your data has no answer it says so and hands the customer to a person.

Answers your customers in chat

Price, turnaround, repair status, address and hours, taken from your data instead of a guess. Day or night.

Advises the tech at the bench

Similar cases from your own history: what it turned out to be, which parts went in, how long it took.

Drafts the estimate for the counter

Lines and prices from jobs you actually did. A person checks it and sends it.

Cleans up what you write

Turns three words typed at the bench into a sentence a customer can read, without changing what it says.

Integrations

It connects to what you already use

Some of it works out of the box. The rest we wire to how your shop actually runs.

Three ways to start

The difference is not how many features you get. It is how much of the work you still do yourself.

Subscription

You already have a shop and a website. We switch the system on and wire it to what you run today.

  • The whole system, no cut down edition
  • Your jobs and customers brought across with their real dates
  • Requests from your site arrive in the system
  • Connect your own AI account and turn the assistant on
  • Training for your team, and support after it
Most shops start here

Shop, turnkey

You are opening a shop, or repackaging one. We do everything between having the keys and having a line at the counter.

  • Everything in Subscription
  • A website that takes requests, shows pricing and tracks repairs
  • Phone line: one number, calls and texts, recorded conversations
  • The shop itself: signage, counter, labels, receipts
  • Training for the bench and the counter, with the daily routine written down

Multi location

A second store and beyond. Shared customers, shared stock, a report per store and one across all of them.

  • Everything in Turnkey
  • Several locations under one panel
  • One AI assistant across the whole network, learning from every store
  • Integrations built for your processes: buying, payments, accounting
  • Priority support line

Pricing depends on how many stores you run and how much of the launch you want from us. Tell us where you are and we will put a number on it the same day.

Launch

How it goes

01

A conversation

We look at how your shop runs today and tell you straight what is worth changing and what already works.

02

The move

We bring your jobs and customers across with their real dates and history. Your old system keeps running while we do it.

03

Launch and training

We wire up the phones, the website, the payments and your AI, train the team on their own jobs, and stay reachable after.

Questions people ask

We already run another system. What happens to our data?

We bring it across whole: jobs, customers, history and the real dates, not the date we moved it. Your old system keeps running while we do it, because the import only reads.

Is this a franchise or a piece of software?

Whichever you need. Take the system on a subscription, or take the whole launch, which is closer to a franchise: our experience, our routines, our website and our support.

Which AI does it use, and whose account?

Yours, and your own account. The integration ships built and configured; each shop connects its own provider with its own API key, so there is no shared login and no shop can reach another shop's data. Anything speaking the standard chat API works: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a model you host yourself. We never see your key and you never pay us a markup on tokens.

Does it get better the longer we use it?

Yes, and not by us training anything on you. It answers from your own repairs, so the more jobs you close the more it has to draw on: your fault descriptions, your estimate lines, your prices, your wording. A shop three months in gets sharper answers than the same shop on day one.

Who owns the data?

You do. Each shop's data is isolated at the database level, not filtered in a query, and you can export it whenever you like.

How long does a launch take?

Subscription with a data import takes days. A turnkey shop takes weeks, and most of that is not software. It is the signage, the phone, the website and the people.

Let's talk about your shop

Tell us where you are and what is slowing you down. We answer the same day, and we will say so plainly if what we do is not right for you.
